Terem Services

Terem provides 24/7 urgent and emergency care during all hours of the day as well as convenient care after hours or when primary care doctors are unavailable.

All Terem centers are equipped with an onsite laboratory and x-ray facilities providing immediate results. Ultrasound capabilities are available during many hours of the day.

Terem believes in the importance of working together with Primary Care Doctors and as such has developed a unique online platform to immediately email registered doctors when a patient of theirs is discharged.  This email includes links to the complete medical record and digital copies of the imaging and laboratory tests. Currently over 700 physicians are registered to the service called ROAM.

Terem accepts referrals from Primary Care doctors and whenever requested, our managing physicians are happy to call and discuss management of the case with the referring physician.

Terem is staffed by board- certified Emergency, Internal, Pediatric and Family Doctors as well generalists and residents. Support staff include nurses and paramedics. All staff members complete in-house training and continuing medical education in the field of urgent and emergency care.

Terem medical protocols are based on ACEP guidelines and adapted and developed specifically for an ambulatory urgent care setting by Terem's Forum for Community Based Emergency Care and are based on over 20 years of experience and research carried out in Terem.

Quality is our top priority and we invest heavily in quality assurance, all x-rays are reviewed again by a radiologist within a few hours and all high risk cases are reviewed by senior doctors.
