Quick diagnosis in Terem saves stroke victim
Fast and professional action by the Terem team saved a woman from suffering the debilitating effects of a stroke.
Mrs. A, a 54 year old Modiin resident with no medical history, experienced sudden dizziness and blurred vision in her left eye while watching TV at home with her husband. On attempting to get up, she was unable to stand or walk steadily.
Her husband transported her quickly to Terem, where, fully conscious, she was admitted immediately into the trauma room. ECG and vital signs were taken.
