With over 22 years of experience Terem has developed a unique expertise in providing ambulatory urgent and emergency care and has transformed the healthcare landscape in Jerusalem by reducing hospital ER visits by over 40%.

Terem's medical protocols and procedures have been developed and approved by Terem's Forum for Community Based Emergency Care. The Forum includes Board Certified Emergency, Family and Pediatric Medicine specialists with support from physicians and consultants from across the medical fields.

All Terem doctors are trained in urgent care medicine through a comprehensive in-house training program (TUCS: Terem Urgent Care training Series) and are certified in ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) according to the standards of the American Heart Association, and in APLS (Advanced Pediatric Life Support) according to the standards of the American College of Emergency Physicians and the American Academy of Pediatrics.

To drive efficient and high quality service Terem has developed a proprietary Urgent Care Electronic Medical Record System allowing a rigorous quality assurance program, live remote telemedicine consultations and enabling online sharing of all test results and medical records with patients, primary care doctors and HMOs.
